This safety shield is necessary when working with our Blue Label and Gray Label mortar raking routers. This is needed for connecting the vacuum cleaner to remove the waste material first because of the health issues but also to avoid extra cleaning after the work is finished.

The safety shield is also used to adjust the working depth in this way you only removed the part of the mortar joint which is required to be replaced.
